I had my ear pierced for nine years and have never had any problems. I bought a diamond earring 18-karat white gold exactly a year ago. Recently (last month), I ntoiced the back of the hole began to pick up the dead skin cells similar to dandruff. I can remove without pain but sometimes it is a colorless, odorless and will. I wonder if an infection and I need to get this treatment. I also wonderign if there is a specific method for cleaning the ear of one of Calibur. Never mind the alcohol in my age yet, because they were cheap, but I want to pay attention to the diamond earrings I have now and not damage it any way.
