Both are really nice. I like hoops though, so I would have to say the first one. Those are pretty pricey! Lucky girl!

They are BOTH really hott but If I had to pick….it would probably be the hoops. They are just more classic and can be worn with anything

The second ones! Although they are boh gorgeous so whichever one you pick im sure she will love them. Does she normally wear hoops? If not def get the second ones cause im not a big hoop earring fan so although they are nice if its not what she regularly wears then avoid them. On the other hand if she always wears hoops id go with the hoops!
